Ginger Pink Yarns does not cover custom and duties charges.

I use Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery for UK orders (this service is insured) and for any international deliveries I also use Royal Mail.

Unfortunately due to the new GSPR regulations which came in to affect in December 2025, we will not be able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. I'm hopeful that we can find a solution soon but until then I can only apologise to my lovely EU and NI customers. I will let you know of any further developments.
